In action

The work I do around conflict is confidential so I cannot share clients publicly.

These are general examples:

  • Restorative conversations and workplace mediation for a school district

  • Ritualized grief and forgiveness conversations for a university department

  • Conflict coaching for nonprofit leaders with non-dominant identities to address issues such as micro-aggressions, burnout culture, staff/supervisor accountability, career transitions, being invisible/hypervisible, order at the expense of justice, fear of the anger label, imposter syndrome, and more

In addition, I create

  • Workshops and role plays around feedback, value conflict, cultural humility, trust, adaptive change, inclusion, dominant culture, and more

  • Designs for meaningful and productive staff retreats that stack multiple functions

  • Safe and brave conversations using a combination of Dare to Lead, Neuroscience of Conversations, circle process, dialogue and mediation frameworks, embodied practices, and experiential learning

  • Dream and vision space for social impact leaders to heal and shape, rather than only fixing what's broken
