AddieRose Mayer

AddieRose Mayer is a dynamic, process-driven, executive consultant and strategic leader with a commitment to increasing social impact in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. She has more than 15 years of experience leading and facilitating teams to have courageous communication across differences and build strong and resilient workplace cultures. As a practiced strategic thinker and former Executive Director, AddieRose supports leaders, movement spaces, workplaces and institutions as they lean into discomfort to solve challenging social issues. 

 

Offering a comprehensive range of organizational effectiveness and executive consulting services to businesses, nonprofits, the social sector, and progressive movement spaces, her specialization lies at the intersection of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, Justice and Access  (DEIBJA), and conflict transformation. AddieRose loves working with clients throughout the US to shift dominant paradigms and create strong working relationships.  

 

As a leader and practitioner, AddieRose draws on principles of adult learning, popular education, leadership development, human-centered design, positive psychology, and systems change. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master’s in Public Health. 

 

An East Coaster in humor and a West Coaster in style, AddieRose lived in New England until moving to the Bay Area in 2010. AddieRose has a passion for cooking and sharing food, spending time in the woods, and connecting with others.
