Tchassanty (Chase) Ouro Gbeleou

I am an Economist with expertise in program impact evaluation, data analysis, and database design & administration. I hold a Master of Science degree in International and Development Economics from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Portland State University. I am currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Data Science with Harvard University. I have years of experience working with local and international organizations including Bay Area Community Health Advisory Council, African Advocacy Network, and the International Potato Center (CIP). Prior to coming to the US, I worked as a Grassroot Development Coordinator in Togo and Senegal, and as Team Leader at a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Haifa, Israel. I am passionate about ensuring programs produce meaningful results for their beneficiaries both locally and internationally.
