Irma Zoepf
Irma Zoepf is a bilingual (English-Spanish) leader known for her strategic vision and collaborative approach, committed to transforming organizational culture, leadership, and strategy to drive success. Her leadership style is rooted in fairness and inclusivity, ensuring that every individual has a chance to thrive.
Irma’s passion for equity has been evident since childhood. Growing up biracial in Mexico and later immigrating to the U.S. in her 20s, she experienced firsthand the complexities and challenges of being a minority in multiple dimensions. These life experiences, combined with her academic and professional expertise, fuel her commitment to creating inclusive spaces where diversity isn’t just valued but is a core strength. Irma holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and an MBA with a focus on Business Strategy. Additionally, she is certified in diversity executive, coaching, compassion training, and lean-six sigma, and design thinking. Irma is the founder of Latinas in San Mateo County and Women in Silicon Valley, whose purpose is to empower women. She actively serves on various nonprofit boards and is a member of the Commission on the Status of Women of San Mateo County. Outside of work, Irma and her husband are raising two children, embracing and exploring the natural beauty of California and beyond.
